Abusive Behaviour Towards Staff

Our staff and partners work very hard toward this end. We also believe that our customers have a right to be heard, understood and respected.

In certain situations the actions of people utilising our services make it difficult for us to respond to their enquiry or concern.

We understand that people can become frustrated if matters outside of their control do not proceed as they anticipated. However, if that frustration escalates to aggression or abuse towards GC Business Finance staff, then we consider that unacceptable.

Any abusive or aggressive behaviour toward GC Business Finance staff will not be tolerated and will result in your application being declined with immediate effect. Aggressive or abusive behaviour includes any language (whether verbal or written) that may cause staff to feel afraid, alarmed, threatened or abused and may include threats, personal verbal abuse, derogatory remarks and rudeness. We also consider inflammatory statements, remarks of a racial or discriminatory nature and unsubstantiated allegations to be abusive behaviour
